PROJECT TYPE: Guest House, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

ROLE: Lead designer, project manager

SUMMARY: A 1,300 sq ft guest house and art studio with a roof deck in the Los Dos subdivision north of Santa Fe. The high ceiling studio and photography dark room are the heart of this small stand along home. The roof deck was designed to capture big Sangre de Cristo views and provide a platform for star gazing. The design had to work with the HOAs height restrictions in an innovative fashion.
