Call Center Design for H&M
Working as the project manager for office AO Architecture, Grant created a nationwide call center inside the loop in Chicago. The project design developed from lighting and sound attenuation and moved outwards.
Grant also managed the entire $300,000 furniture selection process, getting client approval, managed the bidding process and oversaw the installation.
Design process
We used 3D modeling and rendering throughout to ensure the client approved an innovative ceiling treatment solution. .
